Curley is a native of Tampa, Florida. He has spent the last 15 years living in New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley. His football knowledge spans back to his days as a 4 year starting (1989 - 1992) Cornerback at GA Tech and member of 1990 National Championship Team. He earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management in 4 years and has had a successful management career spanning the last 25 years. His professional experience spans telecommunications and transportation industries.
The 1990 team went from being left out of the early season national polls to being ranked No. 1 in the final coaches poll of the season, after producing an 11-0-1 record and defeating Nebraska, 45-21, in the Florida Citrus Bowl. For the season the Yellow Jackets offense scored 379 points while the defense allowed 186 points.
Since graduating from GA Tech, Curley has remained committed to helping young men maximize their exposure to potential academic and athletic opportunities, in both Tampa and the Lehigh Valley.
